The Finance Manager oversees all financial aspects, including budget preparation, payment oversight, and financial operations management. This role is responsible for developing and managing budgets at organizational and project levels, preparing financial accounts and PNL statements, and ensuring compliance with policies and regulations. Additionally, the Finance Manager manages payroll, approves procurement-related budgets, and conducts financial reporting and analysis to support informed decision-making and organizational success.
