Manager – Finance & Accounts

This role reports directly to the Head of Department – Finance (US)

Key Responsibilities:

1. Financial Leadership & Reporting

  • Lead the preparation and review of monthly P&L statements, cash flow reports, and balance sheets
  • Ensure accuracy of general ledger management, bank reconciliations, and financial closing processes
  • Present consolidated financial insights and variance analysis to senior management
  • Maintain audit-ready records and drive timely, high-quality financial reporting
  • Support budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning activities

2. Accounts Payable & Financial Operations Management

  • Supervise the full Accounts Payable cycle and ensure strict compliance with company policies
  • Review and approve vendor bill classifications and postings in QuickBooks Online and BILL.com
  • Monitor payment schedules, cash positioning, and vendor relationships
  • Establish accountability measures to maintain financial accuracy and efficiency
  • Help in finding gaps, simplify and automate existing processes.
  • Help prepare 1 truthful related to everything Finance and Accounting.

3. Revenue Oversight & Dispute Governance

  • Oversee financial tracking of revenue streams and dispute resolution processes
  • Collaborate with operations teams to ensure timely resolution and accurate financial adjustments
  • Deliver structured reconciliation and performance reports related to disputes and recoveries

4. Internal Controls, Compliance & Process Optimization

  • Design and strengthen internal financial controls and compliance frameworks
  • Lead process improvement initiatives to enhance operational efficiency
  • Coordinate internal and external audits and ensure adherence to accounting standards
  • Develop scalable finance procedures aligned with organizational growth

5. Team Leadership & Cross-Functional Coordination

  • Guide and mentor finance team members to maintain high performance standards
  • Act as a key liaison
  • Ensure smooth communication, workflow alignment, and knowledge sharing across teams

Requirements & Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or Business Administration
  • 5+ years of progressive experience in finance/accounting, preferably with international exposure
  • Advanced proficiency in QuickBooks Online, Google Sheets, and Microsoft Excel
  • Strong understanding of accounting principles, financial controls, and reporting frameworks
  • Proven ability to manage teams and work independently during US EST hours
  • Excellent analytical, organizational, and communication skills
  • Knowledge of US GAAP

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Rs167,000.00 - Rs223,000.00 per month
