HIRING: MANAGER FINANCE AND ACCOUNTS

A client of Ortak Consultants (Pvt.) Limited is hiring a Manager Finance & Accounts based in Karachi.

Location: Export Processing Zone, Karachi

Industry: Textile Manufacturers and Exporters

Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement financial systems, procedures, and internal controls aligned with policies and accounting standards.
• Support management by providing financial analysis, insights, and guidance for achieving financial targets.
• Ensuring accuracy and compliance with accounting standards and import/export policies.
• Communicating and enforcing financial policies across the organization.
• Manage funds, banking, cash flow, and accounts receivable functions.
• Review ledgers, financial statements, and approve bank reconciliation statements.
• Lead and monitor receivables and collection activities.
• Coordinate with management in preparing annual budgets.
• Monitor budget utilization and ensure financial activities align with budgetary controls.
• Recommend corrective actions to ensure financial discipline and transparency.

Requirements:

• Must have done ACA / ACMA / CPA / Master’s in Finance from a reputable institution
• Minimum 10 years’ relevant experience, including 5 years in a senior management role.
• Experience in import/export industry preferred.
• Strong expertise in accounting, financial planning, analysis, and controls.
