Manager - Finance & Operations

GLUAY is a fast-growing premium snack brand rooted in quality, systems, and scale. We are looking for an experienced, independent, and highly reliable professional to take complete ownership of Finance & Operations.

Role Overview

As Manager – Finance & Operations, you will be responsible for end-to-end financial management and operational coordination across manufacturing, inventory, and logistics.

Key Responsibilities

• End-to-end finance & accounts management
• GST compliance, filings, reconciliations, and audits
• Costing, budgeting, cost control, and profitability analysis
• Manufacturing coordination & production-related financial tracking
• Inventory management, stock reconciliation & controls
• Logistics & supply chain coordination
• Vendor management & payment planning
• Supporting compliance, documentation, and process improvement
• Working closely with management on operational decisions

Required Experience & Skills

• Minimum 5+ years of relevant experience
• Background in FMCG / Food Manufacturing industry strongly preferred
• Strong working knowledge of:
• GST & statutory compliance
• Accounting & financial controls
• Inventory & operations management
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
• Strong ownership mindset and problem-solving skills
• Excellent coordination and follow-up abilities
• Export experience is an added advantage
