Industry: Food Service (Retail & B2B)
Role Overview:
We are seeking a Finance & Operations Manager to lead financial controls, operational efficiency, and supply chain coordination across food service operations spanning retail and B2B sales channels. This role requires strong financial discipline, operational insight, and the ability to manage end-to-end processes in a multi-channel environment.
Key Responsibilities:
Finance & Controls
- Oversee day-to-day financial operations including cash flow, reconciliations, and expense management
- Manage billing, collections, customer invoicing (retail & B2B), vendor payments, and payroll coordination
- Ensure robust internal controls, compliance, and accurate financial records
- Prepare budgets, forecasts, monthly management reports, and variance analysis
- Monitor cost structures, margins, and working capital
Operations & Supply Chain
- Oversee operational workflows across retail and B2B fulfillment
- Manage inventory planning, procurement, warehousing, and vendor coordination
- Ensure efficient order fulfillment and stock movement across channels
- Drive cost optimization and supply chain efficiency
Systems & Reporting
- Manage and improve reporting across ERP, POS, Shopify, and Excel-based systems
- Ensure data accuracy across sales, inventory, and finance platforms
- Develop dashboards and reports to support business decision-making
- Maintain and improve SOPs for finance, operations, and fulfillment
Required Qualifications:
Education:
- Master’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, Supply Chain Management, or a related field
- Professional certifications such as Partly CA, ACCA, or CMA are a strong advantage
Experience:
- 5–7 years of experience in a similar role
- Proven expertise in operations, finance, and supply chain management
- Experience in food service, FMCG, retail, or B2B distribution is highly desirable
Skills & Competencies:
- Strong financial, analytical, and problem-solving skills
- Advanced proficiency in Excel and reporting tools
- Hands-on experience with ERP, POS, and e-commerce systems
- Process-driven, structured, and detail-oriented
- Ability to work cross-functionally across sales, operations, and finance
