Manager (Financial Institutions)

Doğan Investment Bank is searching for a Manager under its Financial Institutions Department.

Responsibilities:

• Establishing, developing and managing relationships with local and international financial institutions, correspondent banks, rating agencies and fixed income investors
• Developing and expanding account, treasury and trade-finance business with partner banks
• Contributing to wholesale funding opportunities, including bilateral facilities, loans, deposits and private placements
• Overseeing the timely completion of KYC, Onboarding and RMA processes with counterparties
• Managing credit-limit establishment processes, including financial analysis, documentation, negotiation, end-to-end execution of FI financing products
• Preparing marketing materials (presentations, investor decks, web-site content), strategy papers and financing activity reports
• Ensuring timely and accurate internal and regulatory reporting of wholesale funding activities
• Representing the Bank in industry conferences and investor presentations
• Monitoring country, counterparty and market risks related to FI relationships
• Coordinating with internal stakeholders and external constitutents for aligned execution
• Providing leadership and guidance to junior team members, including training, performance development and day-to-day execution

Requirements:

• 10 years of experience in Financial Institutions and Relationship Management roles
• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, Business Administration or related fields (Master’s degree, double major, CFA are a plus)
• Excelent command of verbal and written English and Turkish
• Strong leadership mindset, high business follow-up discipline, and results-oriented working style
• Deep knowledge of cash management, trade finance and wholesale funding products
• Strong communication and negotaition skills, ability to collaboratively with internal and external stakeholders
• Solid experience in credit analysis, credit limit allocation and KYC/onboarding processes for financial institutions
• Proven track record in coordinating complex processes, managing multi-stakeholder projects and producing high-quality reporting
