Manager Financial Planning & Analysis (FPA)

Devsol Managed Services is looking for Manager Finance Planning & Analysis for one of its Pharma Client located in Khi.

Job Description:

Manage Financial Planning & Analysis stream for MENAP countries.

Collaborate as Finance business partner to achieve sales and market share targets of the business.

Identify, initiate, and ensure execution of profitability Initiatives, including taking pricing actions and determination of optimal product mix to maximize margins.

Evaluate government and institutional sales tenders from both financial and compliance standpoint and take informed decisions.

Prepare and submit Annual Plan for consolidation into MENAP Region, including Financial, Marketing & Commercial plans.

Prepare quarterly rolling Operating & Financial Latest Estimate (LBE). Monitor business P&L to ensure delivery of Annual Plan and LBE. Provide Finance expertise to Commercial teams for all business and compliance related matters.

Advise Commercial & Sales Team on Sales Trends related to primary (distributor), secondary (distributor to customers) & Off-Shelf Sales.

Monitor expenses including Advertising & Promotion spend from both financial and compliance standpoint.

Manage receivables to ensure that Days Sales Outstanding (DSO) of customers does not exceed plan.

Manage Inventory holding to ensure Days on Hand (DOH) does not exceed plan.

Draft, negotiate and formalize contracts (agreements) with Distributors and vendors, ensuring internal alignment with Legal & Corporate functions.

Experience: 3 to 5 years of experience in financial planning & Analysis Preferably in pharma Industry

Qualification: ACCA, CMA or CA Finalist

Other than Salary a 1300CC car and standard benefits will be provided
