Manager – Food Safety, Compliance & Scientific Affairs (FSSAI & MRL – Rice Exports)

• Monitor and interpret all FSSAI, APEDA, EIC, DGFT and importing-country regulations related to rice exports.
• Manage compliance for MRLs, pesticide residues, food safety norms, and export requirements.
• Analyse residue test reports, identify risks, and provide scientific, solution-oriented guidance to exporters and millers.
• Coordinate with laboratories, scientific panels, and government departments.
• Prepare technical notes, submissions, and representations on regulatory issues.
• Handle issues related to export rejections, alerts, and non-compliance, and provide corrective actions.
• Maintain updated databases and prepare short regulatory updates/reports for management.

Pay: ₹40,000.00 - ₹45,000.00 per month
