Manager, Foodservice Sales

Position Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated Manager of Foodservice Sales to lead the commercial strategy and execution for Aluminum Cups within non-retail foodservice channels, with primary responsibility for The Coca-Cola Company. This role owns customer strategy, demand conversion, forecasting, and go-to-market execution, while partnering cross-functionally to build scalable commercial capabilities. The role will be instrumental in driving Aluminum Cup adoption, piloting new programs, and shaping the long-term sales organization as the business grows.

Key Responsibilities

Customer & Channel Leadership

  • Lead assigned non-retail channel and customer plans across all elements of sales management, with a primary focus on securing distribution of Aluminum Cups within on-premise and foodservice channels for The Coca-Cola Company and Coca-Cola franchised bottlers, Coca-Cola brand and customer teams, Coke Catalog and Coca-Cola Licensing opportunities.
  • Own customer strategy development, demand creation, and conversion for Aluminum Cups within assigned customers and channels.
  • Foster new customer engagement through proactive networking, strategic selling, and representation of Oasis Venture Holdings, LLC at targeted customer meetings and industry events.

Demand Generation & Execution

  • Convert demand for Aluminum Cups directly with non-retail channel customers by identifying opportunities, influencing decision-makers, and driving execution from concept to commercialization.
  • Work closely with partners, distributors, and brokers to grow scale, momentum, and executional excellence across foodservice channels.
  • Conceive, lead, and execute pilot programs and learning initiatives aligned with the overall business strategy to accelerate adoption and inform future growth.

Commercial Strategy & Sales Operations

  • Partner with internal cross-functional teams (Sales Operations, Finance, Marketing, Supply Chain, Innovation) to develop and maintain key sales enablement tools, including price lists, trade management frameworks, customer proposals, and business forecasts.
  • Forecast new business using established processes, aligned with pricing strategy by channel and customer.
  • Develop new commercial capabilities and contribute to the creation and execution of both short-term and long-term sales strategies for Aluminum Cups.

Process Excellence & Performance Management

  • Direct and drive consistent execution of sales methodologies, processes, tools, and procedures across assigned channels and customers.
  • Champion continuous improvement in reporting, analytics, performance tracking, and KPI management to support informed decision-making.

Team & Organizational Development

  • Lead future role creation and organizational design as business scale and complexity increase.
  • Contribute to overall team development by mentoring, coaching, and setting performance expectations aligned with Oasis Venture Holdings growth objectives

Qualifications

  • 8+ years of experience in sales, commercial and marketing leadership roles, preferably in CPG or consumer durable goods.
  • Proven track record of managing national retail accounts and driving measurable revenue growth; strongly preferred experience of managing and scaling in specialty retail, sporting goods, liquor/or and hardware channels.
  • Strong analytical skills and experience using data to guide decision-making.
  • Entrepreneurial mindset and ability to thrive in a fast-paced, early-stage growth environment.
  • Exceptional communication, leadership, and negotiation skills.
  • Bachelor’s degree required; MBA a plus.

Pay: $120,000.00 - $140,000.00 per year
