• Leading and managing a team of 20–25 employees delivering IT and automation quality engineering services to clients in the pharmaceutical API manufacturing sector.
• Serve as the Process Owner for Operational Verification, collaborating with subject matter experts across Quality Assurance, Automation, and IT to ensure cross-disciplinary alignment and project execution excellence.
• Driving competence development in your department alongside the management team across Denmark and India.
• Actively participate in projects to stay updated on technical advancements and align with the NNE way of working.
• Managing stakeholder communication and collaboration with customer representatives.

• Lead the way, while motivating your team to reach ambitious goals.

• A minimum of 5 years of experience in people management.
• Solid knowledge and experience within qualification of GMP facilities, automation and IT system based on science- and risk-based framework.
• Proven ability to establish and strengthen cross-functional process group networks.
• MSc in Engineering, Pharmacy or similar relevant academic background.
