About the role
We’re looking for a Manager to our Mechanical department in Kalundborg. Here, we have 25 committed engineers for you to guide, building the world’s largest pharmaceutical facilities.

Your team is specialized within mechanical engineering, specification, tender preparation, supervision and test of process equipment and components. In this position you’ll bring your solid knowledge within the mechanical into play, every day. And you take pride in supporting the team while keeping focus on resolving problems to the benefit of all stakeholders.

How you might spend your days
As Manager to our Mechanical department, you’ll:
  • Be responsible for the daily management of appr. 25 employees
  • Have close cooperation with our projects in relation to resource demand
  • Support the good collaboration with our colleagues in Bangalore, India
  • Work in close partnership with the Management Team in Mechanical
  • Support the competence development of the department to reflect market and technology development.

  • A profound customer understanding and the ability to build and maintain strong professional networks
  • A high level of proficiency in spoken and written Danish and English
What you bring to the role
In all positions, there are some things that are preferred, and others, a bonus. If you do not meet all the qualifications listed below, you are welcome to offer alternative experience that you think would be valuable in this role:
  • You have a degree in engineering within mechanical, chemistry-/production engineering, Marine Engineer or similar.
  • A minimum of 5 years’ experience in people management e.g., as team leader, line manager or project manager
  • Proven experience within a pharmaceutical, food or engineering consultancy.
  • Knowledge of regulatory requirements (GMP and GEP).
