The Manager GSA Management is responsible to lead the global oversight of Saudia Cargo's General Sales Agents (GSAs) and local agents. The role ensures contractual integrity, financial compliance, SAP governance, and partner accountability across all markets. The Manager is responsible for building trusted partnerships while enforcing Saudia Cargo's governance, transparency, and compliance standards.

Job Accountabilities

• Appoint, oversee, and manage GSAs and local agents worldwide.
• Oversee the full lifecycle of Bank Guarantees (issuance, renewal, release, monitoring).
• Ensure all GSA contracts, annexes, and agreements are compliant with internal policies and external regulations.
• Ensure accurate and timely calculation of incentive payments to drive agent performance and align outcomes with commercial targets.
• Own and manage SAP modules or other systems related to GSA Management, ensuring accurate entries, approvals, and reporting.
• Supervise validation and timely processing of GSA commission payments.
• Serve as the primary liaison between GSAs and internal stakeholders (Sales, Finance, Legal, Operations, Marketing).
• Provide timely updates to GSAs on policy changes, procedures, and corporate requirements.
• Lead and govern the execution of GSA tender processes in line with corporate policies.
• Evaluate and recommend potential partners for new or strategic markets.
• Oversee DHL, SAC shipments, and other logistical requirements related to GSA operations.

Qualifications and Experience

• Bachelor's degree in business administration, Logistics, Marketing or related field.
• Master's degree in business administration or related fields.
• A minimum of 6 to 8 years of experience in the same or similar field.
