Manager / Household Retail

• Job Summary:
• We are looking for an experienced Retail Manager / General Manager to lead our Household Retail division in Abu Dhabi. The role is responsible for driving sales, managing daily operations, leading teams, and ensuring profitability across store operations.

• Key Responsibilities:
• Achieve sales targets and improve store performance
• Oversee day-to-day retail operations and mall compliance
• Lead, train, and manage store teams
• Manage inventory, stock control, and shrinkage
• Ensure excellent customer service and merchandising standards
• Monitor expenses, margins, and operational KPIs.

• Requirements:
• 5+ years of retail management experience (household/FMCG preferred)
• Strong knowledge of UAE retail and mall operations
• Proven leadership and team management skills
• Experience with POS/ERP systems
• Salary: 6000+

Pay: AED5,500.00 - AED6,000.00 per month
