Manager - HR & Admin

  • Develop and implement HR policies and procedures in compliance with labor laws and company standards.
  • Oversee the recruitment, selection, and onboarding process to attract and retain top talent.
  • Manage employee relations, address grievances, and foster a positive workplace culture.
  • Administer payroll, benefits, and performance management systems.
  • Ensure compliance with labor laws, workplace regulations, and organizational policies.
  • Maintain and update HR records, reports, and documentation.
  • Supervise office administration, including facility management and vendor coordination.
  • Develop training and development programs to enhance employee skills and productivity.
  • Support senior management in strategic HR planning and decision-making.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
