Job Summary:

We are looking for a dynamic and experienced HR & Admin Manager to oversee the human resources and administrative operations of our manufacturing unit in Kannur. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in HR processes, compliance, and factory administration within the glass or manufacturing sector.

Key Responsibilities:

Human Resource Management:

  • Handle end-to-end HR operations including recruitment, onboarding, and employee lifecycle management.
  • Maintain employee records and attendance systems.
  • Manage payroll processing, statutory compliances (PF, ESI, Gratuity, etc.), and HR documentation.
  • Oversee performance management and employee appraisal processes.
  • Ensure implementation of HR policies and procedures.

Administration:

  • Manage day-to-day factory administration including housekeeping, security, and facilities management.
  • Coordinate with vendors and service providers.
  • Support management in maintaining a safe and efficient work environment.
  • Handle time office, canteen, transport, and accommodation arrangements where applicable.

Compliance & Industrial Relations:

  • Ensure compliance with labor laws and local statutory requirements.
  • Maintain liaison with government departments and local authorities as required.
  • Support grievance handling and employee engagement initiatives.

Requirements:

  • Graduate or Postgraduate in HR / Business Administration / related field.
  • 3–5 years of HR & Admin experience in a manufacturing or glass industry.
  • Strong knowledge of labor laws, statutory compliances, and factory HR practices.
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency in MS Office and HR software tools.
