Job Role: Manager HR & Compliance

Job Location: Head Office – DELHI

Qualification: MBA- HR

Experience: 10-12 Years

ResponsibilitiesWell-versed with HRM processes, practices, IR Laws, Labour Laws & Compliances, Rules & Regulations (Must)

· Develop and implement HR policies and procedures.

· Manage the recruitment and selection process.

· Conduct employee orientation and training programs.

· Handle employee relations issues and resolve conflicts.

· Administer compensation and benefits programs.

· Ensure compliance with labor laws and regulations, statutory compliance ESI, EPF & LWF etc.

· Oversee performance management and appraisal systems.

· Maintain HR records and prepare reports as needed.

· Foster a positive and productive workplace environment.

· Complete compliance handling under the Factories Act.
