Manager HR & Corporate Services

Hattar, Pakistan

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead HR operations across plant and head office.
  • Manage recruitment, onboarding, and manpower planning.
  • Supervise attendance, payroll coordination, and shift management.
  • Ensure discipline, compliance, and HR policy implementation.
  • Handle employee relations, grievances, and welfare activities.
  • Oversee training, performance management, and talent development.
  • Manage corporate administration, including facility, transport, and security.
  • Ensure statutory compliance (EOBI, Social Security, labour laws).
  • Foster a productive, safe, and engaged work culture across all sites.

Qualifications & Requirements

  • Master’s / Bachelor’s degree in HRM, Business Administration, or related field.
  • 7+ years of experience in HR & Corporate Services (preferably in manufacturing industry).
  • Strong understanding of labour laws, industrial relations, and compliance.
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency in MS Office & HR systems.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: From Rs150,000.00 per month
