Manager—Human Resources
Our client, a well-established and growing food & beverage company, is seeking a dynamic and experienced manager of HR (HR business partner) for its Karachi office.
Qualification & Experience:
- MBA in Human Resources (or equivalent qualification)
- Minimum 8 years of progressive HR experience, preferably within a structured corporate environment
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage end-to-end HR operations and business partnering functions
- Align HR strategies with overall business objectives
- Oversee recruitment, performance management, employee engagement, and talent development initiatives
- Ensure compliance with company policies and applicable labor laws
- Drive organizational development and change management initiatives
- Provide strategic HR advisory support to senior management
