Manager HR (Karachi)

Manager—Human Resources

Our client, a well-established and growing food & beverage company, is seeking a dynamic and experienced manager of HR (HR business partner) for its Karachi office.

Qualification & Experience:

  • MBA in Human Resources (or equivalent qualification)
  • Minimum 8 years of progressive HR experience, preferably within a structured corporate environment

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and manage end-to-end HR operations and business partnering functions
  • Align HR strategies with overall business objectives
  • Oversee recruitment, performance management, employee engagement, and talent development initiatives
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and applicable labor laws
  • Drive organizational development and change management initiatives
  • Provide strategic HR advisory support to senior management
