Payroll Management (KEKA HRMS)

  • Ensure accurate and timely monthly payroll processing through KEKA HRMS.
  • Validate attendance, leave records, incentives, deductions, reimbursements, and full & final settlements.
  • Manage payroll inputs, salary revisions, bonuses, and arrears.
  • Ensure 100% compliance with payroll timelines and zero salary disputes.
  • Generate payroll reports and MIS for management review.

KPI:
✔ 100% on-time payroll processing
✔ <1% payroll error rate

Statutory Compliance

  • Ensure compliance with statutory regulations:
  • PF (Provident Fund)
  • ESI
  • TDS
  • PT (Professional Tax)
  • Gratuity & Bonus Act
  • Timely filing of returns and challans.
  • Maintain statutory registers and records as per labour laws.
  • Coordinate with auditors and consultants for compliance audits.

KPI:
✔ Zero penalties or non-compliance notices
✔ 100% on-time statutory filings

HR Operations

  • Manage employee lifecycle: onboarding to exit formalities.
  • Draft appointment letters, increment letters, and employment contracts.
  • Maintain employee records and digital documentation in KEKA.
  • Ensure smooth background verification and documentation compliance.
  • Oversee attendance management and leave policy implementation.

KPI:
✔ 100% employee documentation compliance
✔ Seamless onboarding within defined TAT

HR Policy & Process Management

  • Develop, update, and implement HR policies aligned with labour laws.
  • Ensure policy adherence across departments.
  • Drive process automation within KEKA HRMS.
  • Handle employee grievances related to payroll & HR operations.

KPI:
✔ Reduction in HR operational errors
✔ Improved process efficiency & employee satisfaction

MIS & Reporting

  • Prepare monthly HR dashboards (Headcount, Attrition, Cost analysis, Payroll summary).
  • Provide manpower cost analysis and budgeting inputs.
  • Support leadership with HR analytics for decision-making.

KPI:
✔ Timely and accurate monthly HR reports
✔ Data-driven decision support

Audit & Compliance Coordination

  • Coordinate internal & external audits.
  • Ensure documentation readiness for labour inspections.
  • Maintain compliance tracker and risk mitigation plan.

Minimum 8–10 years of experience in HR Operations & Payroll

  • Strong exposure to statutory compliance and labour laws
  • Experience handling workforce of 150+ employees
  • Mature stakeholder management and leadership skills
  • Ability to handle confidential and sensitive payroll matters

Experience Requirement

  • Minimum 12 years of relevant experience in HR Operations, Payroll Management, and Statutory Compliance.
  • Strong hands-on experience in KEKA HRMS payroll processing.
  • Proven experience handling end-to-end statutory compliance and labour law regulations.
  • Experience managing a workforce of 200+ employees preferred.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹800,000.00 - ₹1,500,000.00 per year
