Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or equivalent
Experience:
8+ years of relevant experience
Location: Gharo, Thatta District
As an HRBP, you will collaborate closely with business leaders to understand their priorities and design HR strategies that support workforce productivity and growth. You will provide guidance on workforce planning, talent development, succession management, and HR best practices while maintaining compliance with labor laws and company policies.
A key focus of this role is to support recruitment, onboarding, and retention initiatives to ensure the organization attracts and retains top talent. You will play a hands-on role in driving performance management processes by enabling managers to set clear objectives, deliver constructive feedback, and evaluate outcomes effectively. Additionally, you will partner with the Learning & Development function to identify training needs and create impactful career development programs that foster professional growth.
The HRBP also serves as the first point of contact for employee relations, ensuring a positive and inclusive workplace culture. You will implement engagement strategies, support diversity, equity, and inclusion (DEI) initiatives, and resolve workplace concerns with fairness and empathy. By monitoring key HR metrics such as attrition, absenteeism, and engagement, you will provide leadership teams with actionable insights to strengthen decision-making.
To succeed in this role, you must bring strong business acumen, excellent communication skills, and the ability to build strong relationships across the organization. Problem-solving, conflict resolution, and change management expertise are critical, along with a data-driven mindset to leverage HR analytics effectively.
