Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field (Master's degree preferred).
  • Minimum of 08-15yrs years of experience as an HR Business Partner.
  • Strong knowledge of HR best practices, employment laws, and organizational development.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and relationship-building skills.
  • Proven ability to influence and partner with leaders at all levels.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and ability to make data-driven decisions.
  • Candidates with prior experience in a startup environment will be given preference. ( Manufacturing experience is not preferred )
