EXALTA is seeking a technically sharp and analytically minded HRIS Manager & Analyst to own the systems and data infrastructure that drives our people strategy. This role is the engine behind HR operations — responsible for the administration, optimization, and evolution of ADP Workforce Now, as well as the automation, reporting, and workforce analytics that enable smarter decisions across the business. As we execute a full HR integration, your ability to translate complexity into clean data, scalable systems, and meaningful dashboards will be critical. This role reports to the Senior Director, HR Operations & Total Rewards.

Key Responsibilities
ADP Workforce Now Ownership

Serve as the primary system administrator for ADP Workforce Now across all modules (HR, Payroll, Benefits, Time & Attendance, Talent, and Reporting)

Manage system configuration, module maintenance, security roles, and user access governance

Lead all ADP-related projects including module implementations, upgrades, and integration-related system changes

Maintain a deep, current working knowledge of ADP WFN capabilities, roadmap, and best practices; serve as the internal subject matter expert
HR Integration — Technical Workstream

Own the technical execution of the HR integration, including data migration, system consolidation, and integration architecture

Map legacy data structures to ADP Workforce Now, ensure data cleansing and validation prior to migration

Configure the system to reflect harmonized org structures, job codes, pay grades, policy groups, and benefit plans

Coordinate with ADP implementation resources, IT, and payroll to ensure seamless data flow
Automation & Process Improvement

Identify and implement automation opportunities within ADP WFN and adjacent tools to eliminate manual, error-prone processes

Build and maintain workflows, event notifications, and self-service configurations that reduce HR operational burden

Partner with the HR Operations Manager to understand process pain points and design technical solutions that resolve them
Data, Reporting & Analytics

Own HR data integrity — establish data governance standards, audit routines, and correction protocols in partnership with HR Operations

Build and maintain a library of standard and ad hoc reports using ADP Reporting, as well as dashboards that give HR leadership and business partners real-time workforce insights

Provide analytical support for headcount, turnover, compensation, benefits utilization, and other workforce metrics

Support annual processes (performance cycles, compensation planning, open enrollment) with system readiness and reporting infrastructure
Systems Integration & Vendor Management

Manage integrations between ADP Workforce Now and adjacent platforms (benefits carriers, payroll feeds, ATS, background check, etc.)

Serve as the technical point of contact for ADP and related vendors; manage tickets, escalations, and enhancement requests

Evaluate and recommend tools or enhancements that improve the HR technology ecosystem
Qualifications

7+ years of hands-on HRIS experience, with at least 3 years as an ADP Workforce Now administrator
-
Demonstrated expertise across multiple ADP WFN modules — configuration, security, reporting, and integrations are non-negotiable

Experience supporting or leading the technical workstream of an HRIS implementation, migration, or HR integration

Strong data skills — comfortable with data modeling, data validation, and translating raw data into meaningful dashboards and narratives

Proficiency with ADP Reporting (custom reports, list views); complementary BI tools (Power BI, Excel, etc.)

Solid understanding of HR functional processes (payroll, benefits, talent, compliance) to ensure technical solutions are business-ready

Collaborative by nature — able to partner with HR Operations Manager and Human Resources Business Partners and Talent Acquisition

Bachelor's degree in Information Systems, HR, Business, or related field; ADP Certification(s) strongly preferred
