Job Description: Human Resources Manager
Location: Jaipur Rugs (Jaipur, Head Office)

Role Overview
The Human Resources Manager will take full ownership of HR Operations, Payroll, and Recruitment functions at Jaipur Rugs. This senior leadership role requires a seasoned HR professional with more than 10 years of progressive experience, exceptional people management skills, and a deep understanding of best practices in HR, compliance, and talent acquisition within a dynamic business environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead, mentor, and supervise the entire HR operations team, ensuring excellence in employee lifecycle management—onboarding, induction, policy implementation, records, HRIS, and exit formalities.
- Oversee complete payroll management, ensuring accuracy, compliance, timely disbursement, and statutory adherence (PF, ESI, TDS, gratuity, etc.), as well as coordination with finance and audit teams.
- Strategically manage organization-wide recruitment, including workforce planning, employer branding, campus hiring, and end-to-end lateral hiring processes for mid and senior roles.
- Review, design, and roll out HR policies tailored to Jaipur Rugs’ evolving needs and in compliance with Indian labor regulations.
- Resolve escalated employee relations matters, drive employee engagement initiatives, and foster an inclusive, high-performance culture.
- Analyze HR metrics and present actionable insights and dashboards to senior management.
- Ensure continuous learning within the HR function and keep abreast of national statutory changes and HR best practices.
Qualifications & Experience
- Master’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related discipline.
- At least 10 years of strong HR management experience, including significant exposure to HR operations, payroll management, and end-to-end recruitment in mid/large-scale organizations.
- Demonstrated expertise in HR digitalization, process optimization, people analytics, and change management.
- Advanced proficiency in HRMS/HRIS, payroll, and reporting tools.
- In-depth knowledge of Indian labor laws and statutory regulations.
- Outstanding interpersonal, stakeholder management, leadership, and negotiation skills.

Job Type: Full-time
Pay: ₹70,000.00 - ₹100,000.00 per month
