Manager - Human Resources & Administration

This position is responsible for planning, organizing, and controlling overall HR and administrative activities related to employee hiring, terminations, retirements, HR activities, visa processing, employee relations, compensation, and benefits. The role involves implementing policies and procedures to achieve the company’s mission and vision, utilizing excellent leadership, coaching, and training skills.


Key Responsibilities

•Implement HR policies, procedures, and employee relations practices.

•Lead recruitment, onboarding, and workforce planning activities.

•Manage performance management, employee development, and training initiatives.

•Developing and implementing HR Strategies for identifying and engaging appropriate personnel for achieving targets as per company's business plans and requirements.

•Coordinating with stakeholders for smooth HR & Administration activities.

•Handle employee relations matters, grievances, and disciplinary cases.

•Ensure compliance with Kuwait labor laws and company policies.

•Partner with management to enhance employee engagement and organizational effectiveness.
