The Manager, Human Resources Business Partnerships plays a strategic role in aligning HR practices with business objectives, leads the national HR Business Partnership team of staff (3 direct reports), and provides day to day HR support to drive organizational success. The Human Resources Business Partnerships team supports performance management, talent retention, compensation alignment, and workforce planning, as well as employee relations and investigations. Reporting to the Senior HR Director, this role works closely with HR Centers of Excellence and Talent Acquisition to implement HR initiatives and drive organizational effectiveness. The Manager, Human Resources Business Partnerships operates with a high degree of autonomy, implements solutions to complex issues, and leads strategic HR initiatives.
