Key Responsibilities:

• Develop the skill set of a Professional Fundraiser
• Ability to move into Management within 2-4 weeks
• Willing to learn how to conduct professional interviews
• Learn to coach and mentor team members
• Learn to build & maintain relationships with the community to further assist our fundraising endeavors

Minimum Requirements:

• Professional and appropriate image
• Professionalism and politeness when representing non-profit brand
• Good Sense of Humor
