We are seeking a Manager in Training (MIT) with proven leadership experience and a background in jewelry or luxury sales who is ready to grow into a store leadership role.
This is not a typical retail position.
It’s a leadership development role designed for someone who wants to build a long-term career while helping lead a team and serve customers at a high level.
What You’ll Do
As a Manager in Training, you will partner with store leadership to learn all aspects of the business while actively leading and supporting the team.
Responsibilities include:
- Leading by example on the sales floor and setting the tone for customer experience
- Buying, selling, and loaning on jewelry, gold, luxury goods, and high-value items
- Coaching team members and helping develop their product knowledge and sales skills
- Assisting with daily store operations, inventory control, and merchandising
- Helping drive store performance through sales, customer relationships, and team accountability
- Supporting community engagement and store visibility through social media

Qualifications include:
- Minimum of 3 years of leadership or supervisory experience
- Experience working with jewelry, luxury goods, or high-value retail items
- A strong track record of job stability and professional growth
- The ability to lead, coach, and motivate a team
- Confidence in decision-making and problem-solving
- Strong customer relationship and communication skills
- Comfort using social media to promote products and engage with the community
Bilingual (Spanish/English) is a plus.
