Required Experience: 3 to 5 years in B2B Sales, Technical Sales, Solution Selling and Industrial Automation.

Key Responsibilities:
- Proactively generate leads and cultivate inquiries through strategic client meetings, site visits, and active participation in industry networking events.
- Identify and aggressively pursue new business opportunities within your designated territory or specific industry sector.
- Develop and nurture strong, long-term relationships with key clients and influential contacts within the industry.
- Prepare and deliver persuasive sales presentations and compelling demonstrations of our capabilities to prospective clients.
- Serve as a technical expert throughout the sales process, effectively addressing client questions and providing insightful solutions.
- Contribute strategically to the development of effective sales strategies and robust market penetration plans.
- Negotiate effectively with customers, demonstrating a strong understanding of contractual terms and conditions to achieve mutually beneficial outcomes.
- Mentor and train new team members, while also keeping the entire sales team informed about the latest market advancements and innovative solution offerings.
- Leverage your deep technical expertise in a wide range of industrial automation technologies, including PLC/SCADA systems, DCS, HMI, MES, instrumentation, and control systems.
- Conduct thorough analyses of Requests for Quotation (RFQs) to ensure comprehensive alignment with both technical and commercial requirements, including the effective integration of subcontractors and systems.
- Ensure strict compliance with all company business conduct policies, ethical standards, and relevant legal requirements.
- Take a leadership role in developing high-quality, winning proposals in response to Requests for Proposals (RFPs), Requests for Information (RFIs), and other competitive bids.
- Ensure all proposals are technically accurate, fully compliant with client specifications, and adhere strictly to all proposal deadlines.
- Manage the entire proposal development process, including coordinating team efforts, meticulously tracking progress, and ensuring timely delivery of high-quality proposals.
- Sound technical knowledge of industrial brands such as Siemens, Rockwell, Schneider.
