Job Description

Lead IR & Administration at the project site. Responsible for monitoring and implementation of time office functions, legal and statutory compliance, welfare, team development and CSR, and infrastructure readiness including guesthouses, bachelor accommodations, conveyance; vendor management (manpower & security supplying agencies etc.); ensuring cost efficiency; driving digitalization and maintaining strong liaison with authorities and stakeholders.

Key responsibilities shall include:

  • Compliance Management: Monitor adherence to all applicable labor laws, statutory requirements, permits, and renewals; ensure accurate documentation, timely reporting and periodic returns filings.
  • Stakeholder & Liaison Management: Maintain effective liaison with government departments, regulatory bodies, contractors, and local communities; address notices, grievances, and legal matters promptly.
  • Welfare Oversight: Track implementation of welfare facilities and statutory benefits for the workforce, ensuring hygiene, safety, and well-being.
  • Resource & Cost Control: Monitor and optimize costs for security, conveyance, and administrative overheads; validate trackers and ensure efficient resource utilization.
  • Infrastructure Readiness: Oversee site infrastructure, utilities, accommodation, conveyance and event arrangements; ensure timely documentation and renewals for land and facilities.
  • Digitalization Compliance: Ensure full adoption of digital tools for attendance, reporting, and documentation; monitor accuracy and efficiency.
  • Time Office: Ensuring 100% accuracy and compliance of Time Office functions including digital record maintenance, timely wage disbursement and grievance handling.
  • Vendor Management: Monitoring vendor relations management including timely receiving of bills and records, timely payment disbursement, compliance verification and coordination for timely execution and handover of Work orders, LOIs, offer letters etc.
  • People’s Development- Training & Engagement: Plan and monitor training programs, CSR programs and welfare initiatives for workforce and community.
