Manager IT

Role Overview

The IT Manager will be responsible for ensuring the stability, security, and performance of our end-to-end IT ecosystem, which includes multi-vendor networking, server infrastructure, security systems, and corporate communication platforms.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead IT operations with a focus on high availability, security, and performance.
• Manage and administer Windows & Linux server environments.
• Configure and maintain Cisco, MikroTik, UniFi, and other enterprise-level network devices.
• Implement and monitor Fortinet firewall policies, VPNs, and network security standards.
• Oversee IP PBX (GrandStream), surveillance systems, DR planning, and data backup strategies.
• Conduct performance evaluations, documentation, and IT project rollouts.
• Collaborate with teams and vendors to ensure smooth IT service delivery.

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree in IT / Computer Science / Networking.
• 6+ Years of Hands-On Experience in enterprise IT operations.
• Professional Certifications (Mandatory/Preferred):
• CCNA (Cisco Certified Network Associate)
• CCNP (Cisco Certified Network Professional)
• MCSE (Microsoft Certified Solutions Expert)
• Strong command over Windows Server, Active Directory, DNS, and Group Policies.
• Advanced knowledge of network routing, switching, security, and troubleshooting.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.

Pay: Rs100,000.00 - Rs150,000.00 per month
