Job Title: IT Manager

Qualification:

• BS in Computer Science / IT from a reputable university
• MS preferred

Experience:

• 5–6 years in IT operations, networking, and server management

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage and ensure uninterrupted IT infrastructure, servers, networks, and internet services.
• Oversee installation, configuration, and maintenance of systems, hardware, and software.
• Lead data center operations, backups, and disaster recovery.
• Manage POS systems, enterprise servers, and integrations across all locations.
• Coordinate with third-party IT vendors for support, upgrades, and deployments.
• Implement IT policies, cybersecurity measures, and surveillance systems.
• Monitor network performance and resolve technical issues proactively.
• Drive automation and digital transformation initiatives.
• Supervise website management and system enhancements.
• Lead and mentor the IT team and report to management.

Skills:

• Strong knowledge of networking, servers, and IT systems
• Hands-on experience with SQL and Open Cart
• Vendor management and problem-solving skills

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Rs100,000.00 - Rs150,000.00 per month
