Manager IT

The Manager IT is responsible for planning, implementing, and managing the organization’s IT infrastructure, systems, and technology operations to support manufacturing and business objectives. The role ensures smooth operation of ERP systems, production-related applications, network infrastructure, cybersecurity, and IT support services across manufacturing facilities and corporate offices.Key ResponsibilitiesManage and maintain IT infrastructure including servers, networks, databases, hardware, and software systems.Oversee ERP systems and integration with manufacturing operations, inventory, procurement, and finance.Ensure high availability, security, and performance of IT systems and production environments.Lead IT support and troubleshooting activities for users and manufacturing equipment connectivity.Develop and implement IT policies, cybersecurity measures, backup, and disaster recovery plans.Coordinate with vendors and service providers for system upgrades, maintenance, and procurement.Monitor IT budgets, asset management, and technology investments.Support automation, digital transformation, and Industry 4.0 initiatives within the manufacturing environment.Lead and supervise the IT team, ensuring timely project execution and operational efficiency.Ensure compliance with organizational standards, data protection, and regulatory requirements.

Pay: From Rs100,000.00 per month
