Manager IT

Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced and proactive Manager IT to oversee the organization's IT infrastructure, systems, networks, cybersecurity, and technology operations. The ideal candidate will ensure the smooth functioning of all IT services, lead technology initiatives, manage IT support activities, and drive continuous improvement in system performance, security, and business efficiency.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and maintain the organization's IT infrastructure, including servers, networks, hardware, software, and communication systems.
• Lead the IT team and provide technical guidance, training, and performance management.
• Ensure the availability, security, and reliability of IT systems and business applications.
• Oversee cybersecurity measures, data protection, backup processes, and disaster recovery plans.
• Monitor network performance and troubleshoot system, hardware, and software issues.
• Manage IT projects, system upgrades, software implementations, and technology enhancements.
• Coordinate with vendors, service providers, and consultants for IT-related services and procurement.
• Develop and implement IT policies, procedures, and best practices.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, regulatory requirements, and information security standards.
• Prepare and manage the IT department budget, asset inventory, and technology roadmap.
• Provide technical support and ensure timely resolution of user issues.
• Evaluate emerging technologies and recommend solutions that improve operational efficiency.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field.
• Minimum 9-10 years of IT experience, including leadership or managerial experience.
• Certifications such as ITIL, Microsoft, Cisco, CompTIA, PMP, or cybersecurity certifications are preferred.

Pay: Rs150,000.00 - Rs175,000.00 per month
