Duties & Responsibilities: Oversee the development, implementation, and maintenance of cloud-based solutions and AI-driven applications the enhance business operations and drive innovation. Lead the design and development of scalable and secure cloud and AI solutions. Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including developers, infrastructure Engineers and business analysts, to understand business requirements and translate them into robust technical solutions. Architect and implement solutions that adhere to best practices for scalability, security, and performance; Evaluate and recommend cloud platforms and services based on the specific needs of the organization. Design and implement cloud-based architectures, considering factors such as data storage, compute resources, security, and cost optimization using Azure and M365. Ensure that all solutions comply with security standards and regulatory requirements. Implement security measures to protect data and maintain privacy. Conduct regular security assessments and recommend improvements. Collaborate with data scientists to integrate AI capabilities into the overall architecture. Leverage AI and Machine Learning Tools to create end to end solutions for Network Security, Cyber Compliance, and related areas. Architect and set direction in the adoption of LLMs, Co-pilots or similar emerging technologies across the organization in a secure and compliant manner. Monitor and maintain data pertaining to the serving and data platforms. Develop and manage the budget for cloud and AI projects, ensuring cost-effective solutions and adherence to financial constraints. Communicate project progress and outcomes to senior management and stakeholders.

Job Requirements: Position requires a Master’s degree or foreign equivalent in Computer Science, Information Technology, Computer Engineering, Electrical Engineering or another closely related field of study plus 3 years of experience in the job offered or a related cloud computing or artificial intelligence role. Alternatively, the employer will accept Bachelor’s degree or foreign equivalent in Computer Science, Information Technology, Computer Engineering, Electrical Engineering or another closely related field of study plus 5 years of experience in the job offered or a related cloud computing or artificial intelligence role. In addition, the candidate must have 3 years of experience in each of the following: Applying or administering TCP/IP protocols; configuring and troubleshooting network devices such as routers, switches, and firewalls; subnetting and IP addressing; Open Systems Interconnection (OSI) model; using network monitoring tools to ensure efficient data transmission and network security; diagnosing and resolving DNS issues; managing DNS records types (A, AAAA, CNAME, MX, PTR) DNS server software, including BIND and Windows DNS Server; DNSSEC protocols; DNS troubleshooting tools, including nslookup or dig; Training, fine-tuning and deploying Large Language Models (LLMs) for various applications, such as natural language processing, text generation, and sentiment analysis; TensorFlow; Pytorch; Hugging Face Transformers; Designing and implementing network architectures; creating scalable and secure network solutions, including VLANs, VPNs, and load balancing; network design tools including Cisco Packet Tracer or GNS3; network protocols including OSPF and BGP; and, AI and Machine Learning technologies.
