Manager JV and Franchise Development

Zaitoon Group is seeking a dynamic and well-connected Manager JV and Franchise Development to lead the onboarding of national and international brands across its flagship developments. This role is ideal for a commercially driven professional who can transform projects into vibrant, brand-rich destinations.

Key Responsibilities

• Identify, approach, and onboard leading brands (retail, F&B, lifestyle, healthcare, education, etc.)
• Develop strategic partnerships to enhance the commercial value of projects
• Structure and negotiate leasing/commercial agreements
• Build and maintain strong relationships with brand owners, franchise operators, and investors
• Conduct market research to identify trending and high-demand brands
• Collaborate with sales, marketing, and project teams to align brand mix with project positioning
• Achieve occupancy and revenue targets for commercial zones

Required Qualifications & Experience

· 3–7 years of experience in brand partnerships, leasing, business development, or retail real estate

• Strong network within retail brands, franchises, and commercial investors in Pakistan
• Proven track record of closing deals and onboarding brands
• Excellent negotiation, communication, and presentation skills
• Self-driven, target-oriented, and strategic thinker

Preferred Background

• Experience with real estate developers, shopping malls, or mixed-use developments
• Exposure to brands in F&B chains, retail outlets, and lifestyle segments
• Understanding of Lahore’s commercial real estate landscape
