At Valmark, we believe that our employees are our greatest strength. We are looking for a Manager- Legal (Non Litigation) having good experience & knowledge in Real Estate, Land & Revenue matters & manage legal processes independently.

Job Description:-

• Legal Documentation: Drafting, reviewing, and negotiating contracts, agreements, and MoUs related to real estate transactions.
• Regulatory Compliance: Ensuring adherence to local real estate laws, including RERA compliance.
• Due Diligence: Conducting title verification, property documentation checks, and risk assessments before acquisitions or sales.
• Contract Management: Managing lease agreements, sale deeds, joint development agreements, and vendor contracts.
• Liaison & Coordination: Working with government authorities for clarifications, legal consultants, and internal teams to ensure smooth operations.
• Policy & Advisory: Providing legal advice on corporate governance, land acquisition, and business expansion strategies.

· Customer Documentation - Review and draft agreements, such as sales agreements, buyer-seller agreements, and cancellation agreements. Ensure that all customer-related legal documentation is accurate and complies with company policies and regulatory guidelines.

· Legal Support: Provide legal assistance to the CRM department regarding customer interactions, addressing legal queries, property registration, and possession processes. Support in verifying property-related documents and titles before sale or handover.

Qualifications & Skills:

• Education: LLB / LLM in law.
• Experience: 5-10 years in real estate legal management, preferably in non-litigation roles.
• Skills: Strong knowledge of property laws, contract negotiation, and regulatory compliance.

· Language Proficiency: Kannada (Read, Write, Speak) is mandatory

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹1,000,000.00 - ₹1,600,000.00 per year
