Mutation, Conversion, Registration, Searching, Land Survey and Liaisoning with various Govt. Dept. like B.L & L.R.O office, Gram Panchayet, Police Station, L.A Dept. RR & R Dept. etc.

Detailed Job Description and Skills:

· Knowledge of property dealing.

· Knowledge of property registration.

· Knowledge regarding Municipality mutation, BL&LRO Mutation of land etc.

· Knowledge regarding ADM & DLRO Conversion, SDL&LRO Conversion, BL&LRO Mutation of land etc.

· Liasoning with various Govt. Dept. like B.L & L.R.O office, Gram Panchayet, Police Station, L.A Dept. RR & R Dept. etc.

· Knowledge of Muslim Successions.

· Knowledge of C.S, R.S. and L.R. land record.

· Knowledge of Title Searching.

· Knowledge of registration Searching.

· Knowledge of e-Assessment Slip query and e-payment for registration.

· Knowledge of Land survey and site plan.

· Knowledge of Khazna Calculation for land.

· Preparing written notes of title of Property.

Candidates Profile

• To work with design team for the project designing & detailing of master plan & layout plans based on concept design.
• Coordinate with municipal architects to get necessary approvals before & during the construction schedule.
• To coordinate & interact with project construction / execution teams to ensure Quality and timelines as established by the management.
• Should have worked with leading developers in Real Estate Industry and experience in managing large scale residential projects.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
