Manager - Litigation Legal (Real Estate / Construction)

Location: Bangalore
Experience: 6–12 years in litigation

Key Responsibilities:

* Handle all litigation matters related to property, contracts, and regulatory issues across projects.

* Coordinate with external legal counsels, attend court hearings, and manage case documentation.

* Maintain litigation trackers, prepare case summaries, and ensure timely filing of responses and affidavits.

* Draft, review, agreements, sale deeds, and other legal documents related to real estate and construction activities.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s / Master’s degree in Law (LLB / LLM).
• Strong knowledge of property laws, land acquisition, RERA, arbitration, and construction contracts.
• Experience in handling both civil and criminal litigation in real estate domain.
• Excellent drafting, negotiation, and communication skills.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $600,000.00 - $800,000.00 per year
