Objectives of the function:-
Oversee all daily warehouse operations from receiving and storing goods to put-away, picking, packing, and dispatching, ensuring efficiency, accuracy and safety while managing staff, inventory levels, and optimizing space and workflows to meet supply chain goals.
Key duties: Leading teams, coordinating with logistics, implementing SOP’s, managing equipment’s, ensuring compliance, and reporting on performance to maximize productivity and minimize costs.

Process Improvement: Analyze KPI’s, optimize layout, and develop strategies to enhance efficiency and productivity.
Logistics & fulfilment: Coordinate with logistics (transport) teams and ensure effective control.
Inventory Control: Monitor stock-outs, conduct counts (PIC – Perpetual Inventory Control), track shipments and minimize loss to ensure accuracy.
Budgetary Control: Participate in budget preparation and exercise budgetary control over warehouse operations.
Risk mitigation and BCM (Business Continuity Management): Anticipate long term risk over supply / dispatches and strategic action plan for risk mitigation.

Education: Minimum Graduation (Engineering or Non-engineering background) & preferably MBA
Professional skills :
Professional experience - 10+ years
Standard Awareness :
Languages : English, Hindi, Marathi
IT : MS Office, SAP
