Provide leadership, coordination, and oversight of Maintenance Supervisors and their teams to ensure facilities operate safely, efficiently, and at an exceptional level in support of student learning and district operations. This classification may be used for multiple positions within the Maintenance Department. Assigned responsibilities may vary based on operational structure, geographic zones, technical trades, utilities, structures, or other functional divisions as determined by the District. QUALIFICATIONS EDUCATION AND RELEVANT EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTS: REQUIRED:

• Bachelor’s degree from an accredited institution in Facilities Management, Construction Management, Engineering, Business Administration, or a closely related field, and a minimum of three (3) years of progressively responsible experience in facilities maintenance leadership, including direct supervisory responsibilities. PREFERRED/DESIRED: CERTIFICATIONS/LICENSES: REQUIRED:

• Certified Facility Manager (CFM)
• Certified Maintenance & Reliability Professional (CMRP)
