MANAGER (MARINE, SAFETY, SECURITY, QUALITY & ENVIRONMENT) - MSSQE

Role Description

The Manager (Marine, Safety, Security, Quality & Environment) - MSSQE will oversee and ensure compliance with international maritime safety, quality, security, and environmental protocols. Responsibilities include managing marine operations, ensuring the implementation of safety and security measures, monitoring environmental compliance, conducting audits, and improving vessel operations. The manager will also collaborate with cross-functional teams to strengthen operational efficiency and sustainability. This is a full-time, on-site role based in Karachi.

Qualifications

• COC Class 1 (Master / Chief Engineer).
• Minimum 1 Year sailing experience as Captain / Chief Engineer on Foreign Going (FG) Vessels.
• Preference will be given to a candidate having:
• Experience of working in Ship Management Company.
• HSSE / ISM experience in a reputable shipping company.
• Ship survey experience with good knowledge of SIRE (Ship Inspection Report Program) & TMSA (Tanker Manager & Self Assessment).
