The American University of Ras Al Khaimah (AURAK) invites applications for the position of Manager of the University Library, a key leadership role driving the transformation of the University Library into a modern, digitally advanced, and AI-enabled knowledge hub.

This is an exciting opportunity for a forward-thinking professional to lead the evolution of library services, integrating emerging technologies, digital resources, and innovative learning support systems to enhance student success and research excellence.

About the Role

The Manager, Marketing is responsible for the strategic development, execution, and continuous optimization of integrated marketing initiatives across all academic programs at AURAK, ensuring strong alignment with enrollment objectives, brand positioning, and institutional priorities.

Operating at a managerial level, the role translates strategy into execution, leads key marketing initiatives, and influences cross-functional stakeholders to drive student enrollment growth, enhance institutional visibility, and strengthen AURAK’s competitive positioning in domestic and international markets.

Essential Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field.
  • 10-12 years’ experience in marketing, with at least 3 years in a leadership role.
  • Proven experience managing integrated marketing campaigns and digital marketing initiatives.
  • Experience in higher education and student recruitment marketing is highly desirable.
  • Strong understanding of regional and international education markets, particularly MENA and South Asia.
  • Proficiency in CRM systems, marketing automation platforms, and analytics tools.
