Manager, Marketing Analytics

SALARY: $73,000 - $75,000 per year

POSITION OVERVIEW
The Marketing Analytics Manager plays a key role in shaping how the organization understands and engages its audiences. This position is responsible for transforming data into actionable insights that inform marketing strategy and drive visitation, donations, and program participation.
Working across digital, email, and social channels, this role partners closely with marketing and IT to analyze performance, identify audience opportunities, and improve data quality and reporting systems. The ideal candidate is both analytical and collaborative, with experience working across multiple platforms and translating data into clear, strategic recommendations.
This role is part of the Marketing & Communications team and reports to the Senior Vice President, Marketing & Communications.
