Manager - Marketing and Communications

Responsible for the strategic branding and positioning of the facility by developing and implementing a marketing strategy to meet and exceed annual revenue targets. Also responsible for building and maintaining strategic relationships, and managing and coordinating day to day marketing activities within agreed guidelines, offering incentives or tailored marketing plans to attract customers to facility services.

Responsibilities Key Responsibilities:

Strategic Planning:

  • Develop and implement annual marketing and communication plans for Corniche Hospital.
  • Align hospital branding with SEHA corporate standards.

Brand Management:

  • Maintain consistent brand identity across all materials and platforms.
  • Oversee production of promotional items, signage, and marketing collateral.

Marketing & Communication Activities:

  • Manage advertising, media relations, and public relations initiatives.
  • Coordinate events, campaigns, and community engagement programs.
  • Ensure timely and accurate content for digital platforms (website, social media).

Stakeholder Collaboration:

  • Work closely with hospital leadership and SEHA corporate marketing teams.
  • Build relationships with media, vendors, and community partners.

Budget & Performance:

  • Develop and monitor marketing budgets.
  • Track ROI and prepare periodic reports on marketing effectiveness.

Compliance & Quality:

  • Ensure adherence to SEHA policies, governance frameworks, and industry best practices.
Qualifications Qualifications & Experience:

Education:

  • Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, business administration, or related field.
  • (Preferred) Master's degree in marketing or MBA.

Experience:

  • 6-8 years in marketing/communications, with at least 3 years in a managerial role.
  • (Preferred) Experience in healthcare or hospital environment.

Skills:

  • Strong communication and presentation skills.
  • Proficiency in English (Arabic preferred).
  • Expertise in branding, media relations, event management, and digital marketing.
  • Ability to manage budgets and analyze ROI.
