MANAGER – MECHANICAL MAINTENANCE

Job description

Ability to attend preventive and breakdown maintenance of sheet metal Fabrication industry, Machine Shop.

Ensure minimal downtime and optimal machine performance

Maintain documentation and compliance, and ensure Machine safety

Develop and implement preventative maintenance schedule and SOPs.

Conducting periodic quality checks on Machines and equipments and performing general maintenance.

Adherence to committed timelines, implementation of CAPA

Maintain Machine Maintenance history card and inventory records for spares

Maintenance knowledge on the following Machines

1) Hydraulic Press 200T

2) Laser Cutting M/c

4) TurPunch1000

5) Air Compressors

6) EOT Cranes

7) TIG Welding Machines (JASIC) and

Welding Machines Electronic Board Service preferred

Desired Profile:

BE/Diploma in Mechanical Engineering with 15+ years experience

Strong troubleshooting and team management skills

Knowledge of TPM, Kaizen, and lean manufacturing practices

Excellent communication and leadership abilities

Age : 40 – 50 Years

Salary: Best in the Industry
