Manager - Membership & Sales Lead - Kidstrong Cedar Park

Overview/Job description
We are seeking a motivated and experienced individual who will assist with the sales at KidStrong Cedarpark along with our General Manager. The ideal candidate will play a pivotal role in enhancing the sales performance of our team by helping our member base grow through sales and being a leader in center. This position requires a deep understanding of the sales process, lead generation, and customer service.

You will assist the General Manager and Assistant General Manager in:

• Sales (50 calls per day)
• Calling parents about joining KidStrong
• Handling member service requests and administration request as a manager
• Being a leader by example for the coaching team and kids
• Ensure exceptional customer service by addressing customer inquiries and resolving any issues that may arise

SCHEDULE (this is a typical example schedule for sales/calls) (subject to change to fit your needs)

• Monday 12pm-4pm
• Tuesday 1030am-230am
• Wednesday 1030am-230pm
• Thursday 12pm-4pm
• Friday OFF
• Saturday 9am-1pm
• Sunday OFF

If you have past experience in working with kids, preschools, elementary schools, coaching teams, athletic coaching, physical education, coaching kids sports, or personal training, this might be a good fit for you. If you have a background in fitness, teaching, coaching or training you may have skills to meet the needs of this role. It is also a plus if you have a passion for kids fitness, sports, coaching and personal training.

Job Type: Part-time Pay: $17.00 - $19.00 per hour
Expected hours: 20 per week
