The Manager – Quantity Surveyor & Billing (MEP) will be responsible for overseeing quantity surveying, billing, cost estimation, and contract administration for MEP services including Electrical, Plumbing, Firefighting, HVAC, and Public Health Engineering (PHE) works. The role involves end-to-end cost management, preparation of BOQs, client and subcontractor billing, rate analysis, and coordination with project teams for township development and infrastructure projects. Job Description – Manager (Quantity Surveyor & Billing – MEP)  Quantity Surveying & Estimation  Prepare detailed BOQ (Bill of Quantities) for electrical works in line with project drawings, specifications, and standards and rate analysis for MEP and PHE works.  Perform material take-offs and verify quantities against design and construction drawings.  Conduct cost estimation for township development projects including utilities, infrastructure, and services.  Review drawings, specifications, and tender documents for accuracy in quantities.  Billing & Contracts  Prepare and verify client bills, RA (Running Account) bills, and subcontractor/vendor bills.  Monitor contract compliance and support contract administration.  Reconcile materials, subcontractor quantities, and client-certified quantities.  Cost Control & Reporting  Monitor project budgets, track variations, and update cost reports.  Analyze deviations in quantities and costs, and prepare variation/extra item claims.  Maintain updated cost databases and records.  Project Coordination  Work closely with project managers, site engineers, and design consultants.  Coordinate with procurement for material take-offs and vendor finalization.  Support timely project execution by ensuring accurate quantity and billing records.  Quality & Compliance  Ensure adherence to project specifications, codes, and standards.  Verify measurement sheets and certification of works.  Support audit requirements with proper documentation.  Well-versed with IS codes, NBC, and other relevant standards.  Prepare interim and final bills for subcontractors/vendors as per work progress.  Verify contractor bills against actual work done on site.  Coordinate with site engineers, consultants, and contractors for joint measurement recording (JMR).  Ensure timely certification and approval of bills as per contractual terms. Skills & Competencies :-  Strong knowledge of MEP & PHE systems in township/infrastructure projects.  Expertise in quantity surveying, rate analysis, and cost estimation.  Hands-on experience in billing (client & subcontractor).  Proficiency in AutoCAD, MS Excel, MS Project/Primavera, and billing software.  Strong analytical, negotiation, and communication skills.  Ability to work under pressure and deliver within timelines. Experience :-  10–15 years of experience in MEP works, preferably in large-scale township development or infrastructure projects.  Proven track record in handling electrical, plumbing, and PHE billing & QS activities. Key Deliverables : -  Accurate BOQs and estimates.  Timely submission of client bills and subcontractor bills.  Cost monitoring reports and variation claims.  Effective coordination with stakeholders to ensure smooth execution. Performance Indicators (KPIs):-  Accuracy of BOQ and billing vs. actual site execution.  Timely submission and certification of bills.  Cost savings achieved through effective cost control.  Compliance with contractual and quality standards  Strong analytical, negotiation, and documentation abilities.  Ability to work with cross-functional teams and contractors.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹65,000.00 - ₹75,000.00 per month
