We are looking for an experienced and dedicated Manager to oversee day-to-day operations of our mess/tiffin service business in Dubai. The ideal candidate will ensure smooth kitchen management, quality food delivery, customer satisfaction, and efficient staff coordination.
Key Responsibilities:
Supervise daily operations of the mess/tiffin service (kitchen, packaging, and delivery).
Maintain high standards of food hygiene, quality, and consistency.
Manage staff schedules, performance, and training.
Handle customer inquiries, feedback, and complaints professionally.
Monitor expenses, inventory, and ensure cost control.
Coordinate with suppliers and vendors for timely procurement.
Implement and maintain operational processes to improve efficiency.
Requirements:
Minimum 2–3 years of experience in food service management, catering, or tiffin operations.
Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
Knowledge of UAE food safety standards and hygiene regulations.
Good communication skills in English (Malayalam/Hindi added advantage).
Ability to manage a team and handle pressure during peak hours.
Basic accounting and record-keeping skills.
Must be currently based in the UAE.
Driving license is an advantage.
