Platform Manager – Smart Wedding Services

The Platform Manager oversees the full operation, growth, and strategic direction of a digital platform that connects customers with wedding service providers (venues, photography, décor, catering, entertainment, planners, transportation, etc.).
This role requires a blend of operational leadership, business development, vendor management, and product oversight to ensure the platform delivers an exceptional user experience and achieves sustainable growth.

Key Responsibilities1. Operational Management

  • Oversee daily platform operations to ensure smooth performance and service delivery.
  • Monitor booking flows, user activity, and issue resolution.
  • Manage customer support and technical support teams.
  • Develop and implement operational policies and workflows.

2. Vendor & Partner Management

  • Recruit and onboard new wedding service providers.
  • Negotiate commercial agreements, commissions, and partnership terms.
  • Monitor vendor performance and service quality.
  • Build long-term relationships with key partners and premium suppliers.

3. Business Development & Growth

  • Develop annual growth strategies, including market expansion and new service categories.
  • Identify new revenue opportunities (subscriptions, premium listings, advertising).
  • Conduct market research to stay ahead of trends in the wedding and events industry.
  • Lead initiatives to expand the platform across the UAE and GCC.

4. Marketing & Brand Management

  • Oversee digital marketing campaigns (Google Ads, Meta, TikTok, influencers).
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to create engaging content and promotional materials.
  • Track marketing KPIs and optimize conversion rates.
  • Strengthen the platform’s brand presence and customer trust.

5. Data Analysis & Decision-Making

  • Prepare regular performance reports (financial, operational, user behavior).
  • Analyze platform data to improve user experience and vendor performance.
  • Make data-driven decisions to increase revenue and reduce operational costs.

6. Product & Technology Coordination

  • Work closely with developers to enhance platform features and user interface.
  • Prioritize product roadmap items based on market needs and user feedback.
  • Test and validate new features before launch.

7. Team Leadership

  • Lead and mentor a cross-functional team (operations, marketing, sales, support).
  • Set clear KPIs and monitor team performance.
  • Foster a collaborative and high-performance work culture.

Required QualificationsEducation

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, IT, or a related field.
  • Certifications in Product Management or Digital Transformation are a plus.

Experience

  • 3–7 years of experience managing digital platforms or tech-driven businesses.
  • Experience in events, hospitality, or marketplace platforms is an advantage.
  • Proven track record in team leadership and business growth.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: AED3,500.00 - AED5,000.00 per month
