Job Summary:

As a Manager of Business Intelligence, you’ll bring strategic thinking, technical expertise, and strong leadership to every project. You’ll lead the development of the systems, dashboards, and data structures that help our teams make informed decisions and improve care for seniors.

This position is ideal for someone who enjoys building from the ground up, working hands-on with data, and creating scalable solutions that support growth. You’ll be part of a collaborative, mission-driven environment where innovation, accountability, and continuous improvement come first.

Schedule:

First shift, full-time hours. Specific work hours will be established in consultation with your supervisor.

Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Design and continue building enterprise data models and reporting structures that support organizational goals.
  • Develop and maintain data pipelines and ETL processes to ensure accurate, timely data delivery.
  • Build and maintain Power BI dashboards, reports, and DAX measures that support clinical, operational, and financial teams.
  • Serve as the primary owner of data quality, governance, validation, and reporting standards.
  • Lead the day-to-day business intelligence delivery process, including intake, prioritization, development, testing, and deployment.
  • Partner with leadership to define enterprise KPIs and create a trusted source of truth for reporting.
  • Manage reporting requests and balance urgent needs with long-term priorities.
  • Support automation and process improvement efforts using tools such as Power Automate or Power Apps.
  • Track BI program performance and identify opportunities to improve delivery and adoption.
  • Provide leadership, guidance, and technical mentorship to internal team members and external partners.
  • Communicate insights and recommendations clearly to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.

What Makes You a Great Fit:

  • Strong technical and analytical skills with a builder mindset.
  • Advanced experience with Power BI, DAX, and data modeling.
  • Hands-on experience with Snowflake or similar data warehouse platforms.
  • Skilled at creating scalable reporting tools and improving data processes.
  • Strong project management and prioritization skills.
  • Clear communicator who can translate data into practical insights.
  • Collaborative leader who supports team growth and shared success.
  • Comfortable balancing strategy and hands-on execution.

Education and Experience:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Data Analytics, Information Systems, Computer Science, or a related field required.
  • Master’s degree preferred.
  • 6+ years of hands-on experience in analytics, business intelligence, or data engineering.
  • 2+ years of leadership, project management, or technical oversight experience preferred.
  • Experience in healthcare, PACE, or multi-entity organizations is a plus.

Physical Requirements:

  • Must be able to move intermittently throughout the workday.
  • Must be able to sit, stand, bend, and move intermittently during working hours.
  • Prolonged periods sitting at a desk and working on a computer.
